Dreamer..... I didn't get a chance to make that cake I came down with a bad head cold, cough, achy thing and decided I needed to pamper myself to ge better. I am feeling much better now and am thinking about making that cake for Mother's day celebration that will be on May 11th.

These past few days have been a comfortable 60+F with sun shinning Makes it a bit harder to stay inside and take care of household chores. Since I have been taking care of 8 horses every morning, I do get some outside time. Since I have had this cold stuff, by the time I get finished with the horses I just want to put my feet up, grab the tissues, hot cup of coffee, cat on the lap, a flannel blankie and watch a old time movie......
I never seem to get the movie finished before the snoring starts and the cat is giving me a discussed look

I 2 a a newbie to this board. I just registered to night. Hopeing to meet others quilters and pick there brains for new ideas. Since this is my 1st post I will keep it short. Tell is this a close knit group. (no pun intended) I love to chat and crafting and quilting are my favorite topics.

I am feeling better now. Seems like there is lots of stuff to get caught up on since I took my 'pamper' time one thing to say about that...... things will always be there when I get the time to do them
